Think global, act local – 29/07 ITA

Yesterday we started the Project “Think global, Act local” in Folgarida (Trento) with other 6 countries, 36 participants in total.

Some of us were curious, and excited , others were scared and worried.

First we played a game to memorize other names, knowing each other and miming a hobby that we have. It was a bit difficult to remember all the names, in particular those which are more different from Italian.

Eventually we have the possibility to join some groups where the leaders were talking about specific topics such as COP21, vegetarianism, water and food waste.

We had many activities such as listening to a song created by Portuguese guys, making envelopes with recycled paper, trying to solve a “mission impossible” and so on.

As we arrived and met the other participants, we understood that it would be a great week.

We loved the activities that we’ve done today and now we’ve looking forward to the final event of today: the intercultural night.
